From Multi-Sport Athlete to Strength Coach
Hannah’s fitness journey started in middle school and took her through nearly every sport imaginable. Basketball, volleyball, track and field, lacrosse, Olympic weightlifting, bouldering, and now rugby—she’s done it all. But one thing has remained constant: her love for weight training.
“Lifting has always been my foundation,” Hannah shares. “No matter what sport I played, strength training was always part of my routine. It’s what made me feel strong, confident, and capable.”
Her passion for movement led her to Cal State Fullerton, where she originally pursued a B.S. in Biology. But after being inspired by her own coaches and seeing firsthand the impact of strength training on overall health, she switched her focus to Kinesiology—a decision that changed her career path forever.
Now, with a B.S. in Kinesiology and an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistance from Concorde Career College in Garden Grove, Hannah combines her scientific knowledge with hands-on coaching to help her clients train smarter and safer.
